Customized Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data or use, whether in an action in contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services. In any other case, our liability cannot exceed the amount charged and received under the consultancy agreement. There is no refund once the service is consumed.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.
